Removes barriers to suppliers receiving SupplyShift requests, logging in, and overcoming technical difficulties, leading to a higher response rate and higher supplier and customer engagement.

This service can be bundled with the following services and sold as a package with a SupplyShift standard or a custom assessment. These services are sold per assessment.

Supplier Contact Validation

Verification of supplier contacts prior to sending the topical assessment. Useful for companies that have large numbers of suppliers from various systems and don’t know if contacts are up to date or if the contact is the correct person to respond to the topical assessment.

Platform Analysis Set-up

On-platform set-up of analytic panes, comparisons, and maps after submissions of an assessment. Also includes support to set up the comparison and/or analytics to be published to suppliers for peer benchmarking

The Process

SupplyShift Support Specialists conduct high quality supplier outreach and platform follow-up to encourage supplier participation.


If working with a multi-tier assessment, automated reminders are sent at the same intervals as the first-tier suppliers. In addition, SupplyShift Support Specialists will send one reminder email to lower tier suppliers and track submission status for all tiers.
