As a Sales account Executive you will drive revenue with enterprise customer accounts by working with SupplyShift partners to find and close deals with companies that SupplyShift can help improve the performance of their suppliers, especially around environmental and socially responsible business practices.
Through partner relationships and business development team members, develop a sales pipeline to ensure consistent achievement of revenue targets.
Manage Sales Process
Manage the entire sales cycle, from finding potential projects to securing a deal.
Using a consultative sales approach, develop and close new and upsell business opportunities in partnership with other companies. Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
Establish Credibility with Customer
Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
Drive Account Strategies
Own the development of detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas.
Document Account Management Activities
Record relevant qualification and lead management activity data in CRM.
Other tasks, as designated by Management
Ability to understand and communicate technical content including the ability to demo SaaS software.
Good communications skills, both written and verbal
Ability to lead cross functional teams to develop compelling proposals.
Ability to develop and nurture customer relationships that are win/win.
4 yr. university degree (or equivalent experience) and two-to-four years of experience in a sales environment.
Experience working with partnered organizations to leverage business development.
Proven ability to consistently meet targets.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Familiar with common business applications.
