Job Description
As a Channel Sales Executive you will drive revenue with enterprise customer accounts by working with SupplyShift partners to find and close deals with companies that SupplyShift can help improve the performance of their suppliers, especially around environmental and socially responsible business practices.
Role Responsibilities
Build Pipeline
Through partner relationships, and business development team members, develop a sales pipeline to ensure consistent achievement of revenue targets.
Manage Sales Process
Manage the entire sales cycle from nurturing partnering relationships, finding potential projects, to securing a deal. Sell through partner organizations in coordination with partner resources.
Close Business
Using consultative sales approach, develop and close new and upsell business opportunities in partnership with other companies. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
Establish Credibility with Partners
Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts. Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis. Manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication, and through adherence to channel rules of engagement.
Drive Partner Strategies
Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
Document Account Management Activities
Record relevant qualification and lead management activity data in CRM.
Other tasks, as designated by Management
Required Skills
Ability to develop and nurture partnerships that are win/win
Ability to understand and communicate technical content including the ability to demo SaaS software
Good communications skills, both written and verbal (multilingual capabilities preferred)
Ability to lead cross functional teams to develop compelling proposals
Ability to navigate complex sales cycles at all levels within an organization
Job Qualifications
4 yr. university degree (or equivalent experience) and two-to-four years of experience in a sales-related environment
Experience working with partnered organized to leverage business development
Proven ability to consistently meet targets
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Familiar with common business applications

SupplyShift Project Manager is responsible for client relationships and project communication during the implementation phase of a project. You own and execute projects in compliance with the contracts and internal processes. You lead the governance, timeline, resources, and scope of the project. You collaborate with all project partners. You document project progress, risks, decisions, and overall project health.
