Implementation Manager (EST based – remote)

This role will be responsible for managing successful implementations of the SupplyShift software platform. This highly visible role requires excellent client- and partner-facing communication, documentation, project management, and technical skills. You will lead the customer implementation, including governance, timeline, resources, and managing the project’s scope with project partners. You will document a customer’s progress, risks, decisions, and overall customer health. You will focus on maximizing customer delight and be an advocate for the customer experience in all conversations across SupplyShift. You thrive in a high-performance, entrepreneurial environment, work well as part of a dynamic cross-functional team, and can drive business process efficiencies. This role reports to the Director of Implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams and external contacts during all phases of the project implementation.
  • Manage the successful delivery of multiple, concurrent SupplyShift implementation projects from start to finish
  • Deliver ‘above and beyond’ customer service through all stages of the project
  • Translate customer requirements, objectives, and goals into actionable implementation project plans with set priorities, tasks, deadlines, and schedules.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to design, validate, and deliver a successful implementation for enterprise customers with complex projects
  • Dutifully maintain internal and external customer documentation using a variety of applications.
  • Proactively communicate & report to peers and management on project status, milestone achievement, accomplishments, KPIs, objectives, and performance against deliverables.
  • Identify and determine the impact of changes to project scope and contract terms.
  • Diagnose issues and risks; develop and manage contingency plans and drive mitigation activities.
  • Document lessons learned, conduct project reviews, and recommend process improvements.
  • Set clear expectations with internal and external project teams, and hold yourself and other internal resources accountable for deadlines and deliverables
  • Collect customer product and service feedback to provide ongoing recommendations and serve as the voice of the customer to internal teams
  • Think creatively about ways to improve the relationship with the Customer
  • Understand and ensure Customer contractual commitments are being met
  • Be dedicated and work to improve processes
  • Work effectively with remote team members and customers based in multiple time zones.
  • Think on your feet to devise creative solutions to problems that arise

Basic Qualifications

  • Professional experience in enterprise-class SaaS software implementations
  • Confidence when speaking directly with customers, with strong oral and written communication skills
  • Results, outcomes-based, and detail-oriented with demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills
  • Excellent cross-functional team leadership, communication, and customer service skills
  • Desire to work in a dynamic technical environment with a rapidly expanding customer base
  • Ability to think clearly and analytically, solve problems, and prioritize work on project ideas that grow market share and improve customer experience
  • Experience with survey methodology, data collection, and questionnaire design
  • Proficiency with the Google Suite, MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and project management software

Sustainability Solutions Advisor (Customer Success) (remote – EST based)

The Solution Advisor will work closely with the other members of the SupplyShift delivery and commercial teams to provide hands-on and strategic support to existing customer implementations, grow incremental business opportunities within existing customers, and provide sustainability training and strategic support to delivery teams. The Solution Advisor showcases insights and next steps for current customers in their sustainability journey. The person in this role is an expert in all things related to responsible supply chains as well as the SupplyShift solution so they can match customer needs with solutions that will drive customer success and enable internal expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Be a trusted advisor to SupplyShift Enterprise customers in areas of Sustainability. Continuously review the goals of each SupplyShift Enterprise customer and perform proactive independent research to provide strategic support to all SupplyShift customers on a wide variety of sustainability topics.
  • Review customers’ goals and data to surface sustainability insights and areas of risk. The Solution Advisor will create analytics leveraging the SupplyShift platform to highlight these insights and areas of risk, provide talking points to CSM’s and attend/support Success Reviews as needed.
  • Seek ways to templatize and optimize solutioning approaches with all customers using benchmarking/research skills to identify issues, risks, and trends.
  • Regularly seek out new information to learn about new areas of sustainability and bring knowledge in-house.
  • Occasionally contribute to marketing efforts: create content (e.g. white papers, blogs, social media, and other publications) and present at industry and SupplyShift events (e.g., in-person, virtual, webinars)
  • Align sustainability expertise with a deep understanding of the products and services that SupplyShift provides and keep up to date on all new product functionality to best advise customers.

Qualifications:

  • 4 yr. university degree (or equivalent experience) in a sustainability-related discipline and two-to-four years of experience in a consulting-related environment
  • Experience with environmental or labor issues within organizations
  • Strong start-up mentality and proactive drive toward customer solutions
  • Knowledge of enterprise SaaS solutions
  • Proven ability to contribute as part of a customer-facing team
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong presentation, written, and oral communication skills
  • Located in EST time zone

Customer Operations & Support Technician (EST based) (remote)

This is an entry level position for a personable person with data skills. We are looking for someone who will want to grow with SupplyShift.

In Technical Support, you will investigate user issues and analyze, test, and provide resolutions for issue types ranging from simple to complex including creating user guidance and improving SupplyShift’s user support center. You will analyze usage data, collate feedback, and assess recurring user requirements to provide platform improvement recommendations to the Product team. This position collaborates with the Technical Support Lead, Implementation Managers and Customer Success Managers to deliver on target, customized support for all users either virtually or by phone.

For Customer Operation, you will work with a team dispersed in the US, UK and EU responsible for the implementation success of the customer’s project. This includes creating data collection methods, analysis, reporting, data review, and customer interaction. You will support Implementation through all stages of the project and will collaborate with internal and external project partners. You will assist with user onboarding and troubleshooting issues with the SupplyShift platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of ‘above and beyond’ customer service and technical support for all SupplyShift users.
  • Join the team managing the SupplyShift Support email and telephone lines to resolve and escalate support requests as necessary during normal business hours
  • Document and maintain standard user support processes and materials
  • Work with Implementation on the operational and technical tasks to achieve the program objectives on time and with high quality
  • Analyze, process, format, and transcribe data within excel to match system requirements.
  • Participate in regular meetings with customers to discuss present and future solutions/updates
  • Problem solve any user problems and deliver on-target solutions
  • Think on your feet to devise creative outcomes to all business matters that arise
  • Provide regular customer operations project overview and status reports.

Qualifications:

· Self-motivated with demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills.

· Strong oral and written communication skills including High level experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, and Word).

· Written and oral fluency in non-English languages is a plus, not required.

  • Comfortable speaking with a variety of stakeholders
  • Ability to gather requirements and identify key decision-makers

Qualifications

  • 1-4 years of work experience in a SaaS technology solution sales role

Requirements:
