Channel Sales Executive

Job Description

As a Channel Sales Executive you will drive revenue with enterprise customer accounts by working with SupplyShift partners to find and close deals with companies that SupplyShift can help improve the performance of their suppliers, especially around environmental and socially responsible business practices.

Role Responsibilities

Build Pipeline
Through partner relationships, and business development team members, develop a sales pipeline to ensure consistent achievement of revenue targets.

Manage Sales Process
Manage the entire sales cycle from nurturing partnering relationships, finding potential projects, to securing a deal. Sell through partner organizations in coordination with partner resources.

Close Business
Using consultative sales approach, develop and close new and upsell business opportunities in partnership with other companies. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.

Establish Credibility with Partners
Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts. Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis. Manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication, and through adherence to channel rules of engagement.

Drive Partner Strategies
Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.

Document Account Management Activities
Record relevant qualification and lead management activity data in CRM.

Other tasks, as designated by Management

Required Skills

Ability to develop and nurture partnerships that are win/win
Ability to understand and communicate technical content including the ability to demo SaaS software
Good communications skills, both written and verbal (multilingual capabilities preferred)
Ability to lead cross functional teams to develop compelling proposals
Ability to navigate complex sales cycles at all levels within an organization
Job Qualifications
4 yr. university degree (or equivalent experience) and two-to-four years of experience in a sales-related environment
Experience working with partnered organized to leverage business development
Proven ability to consistently meet targets
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Familiar with common business applications

Marketing Coordinator/Manager

Job Description
Work with Marketing, Business Development, and Sales teams to develop, deliver, monitor, and report on marketing activities. Lead the execution of SupplyShift’s ongoing marketing campaigns to generate sales leads, provide sales tools, and ensure the SupplyShift brand is well recognized and respected.

Responsibilities

  • Social Media Manager
  • Ensure that SupplyShift’s social media channels are professionally and consistently maintained. Create, document, and execute a social media strategy.
  • Lead ongoing programs
  • Execute all incoming marketing opportunities including new program launches, partnerships, product updates, and newsletters. Build effective materials. Provide performance reports to continuously optimize and prioritize incoming marketing opportunitieS.
  • Lead webinar programs and follow-on tracking
  • Effectively track lead source and campaign performance across multiple marketing platforms. Contribute new ideas to improve tracking, automation, and process.
  • Develop, distribute, and manage marketing content.
  • Maintain SupplyShift website.
  • Own event execution
  • Work with the Marketing Lead to choose topics and recruit effective speakers for sponsored events. Facilitate event planning and execution.
  • Other tasks, as designated

Qualifications

  • Four year BA/BS degree preferred and a minimum of one year experience in Marketing, or three years of experience in a growth-focused Marketing role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Comfortable working across different functions and with business executives, both internal and external
  • Working knowledge of the following types of applications: Hubspot, Mailchimp, WordPress, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Zoom webinars, Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Experience with email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, event marketing, and/or digital marketing

Responsibilities

SupplyShift Project Manager is responsible for client relationships and project communication during the implementation phase of a project. You own and execute projects in compliance with the contracts and internal processes.  You lead the governance, timeline, resources, and scope of the project. You collaborate with all project partners.  You document project progress, risks, decisions, and overall project health.

 

Key Activities

  • Delivery of ‘above and beyond’ customer service through all stages of the project.
  • Set priorities, plan workload, meet deadlines, and achieve the objectives for all Clients.
  • Be dedicated and work with your team as well as other functions to improve processes.
  • Think creatively about ways to improve the relationship with the customer.
  • Manage multiple client projects and prioritize activities.
  • Think on your feet to devise creative solutions to all problems that arise.
  • Understand and ensure Customer contractual commitments are being met.
  • Provide regular client project overviews and status reports.
  • Willingness to travel, as necessary.

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Customer-facing Project Management experience
  • Confident speaking directly with customers
  • Self-motivated with demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills
  • Desire to work in a dynamic environment of a fast-paced technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to think clearly and analytically, solve problems, and prioritize work on project ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience
  • High level experience with MS Word, Excel, use of project management software

Responsibilities

Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.

  • Define product strategy and roadmap through engagement with customers and internal stakeholders while assessing technology and competitive trends
  • Develop an intimate knowledge of customer needs and competitive intelligence, identify global market trends and drivers, and formulate and execute strategic product portfolio planning
  • Establish requirements and work with UX and internal stakeholders to deliver specifications to the engineering team. Engage with other functional groups (especially Project Leads and Product Development) to develop final product requirements for new products
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure success in product delivery; Lead internal efforts to move any assigned products through the Product Life Cycle process.
  • Create a high-quality user-centered product
  • Contribute to product strategy sessions and engage with the other parts of the organization to ensure a clear pathway for the requirement pipeline
  • Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
  • Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products
  • Be an expert with respect to the competition
  • Document new feature releases and provide stakeholders with training on delivered functionalities

  • Experience in managing software products, ideally SaaS
