Supplier Contact Validation

Verification of supplier contacts before sending the topical assessment. Useful for companies that have large numbers of suppliers from various systems and don’t know if contacts are up to date or if the contact person is correct to respond to the topical assessment.

SupplyShift Support Specialists conduct high-quality supplier outreach and platform follow-up after an assessment is sent to encourage supplier participation

The Process

SupplyShift collaborates with you to create an analysis plan and identify the key performance indicators. The customer defines the list of supplier groups or categories in which to create analytics, comparisons, and supply chain maps, and defines the indicators to build charts in analytics for each group. SupplyShift will also set up the analytics and/or comparisons for publishing to suppliers for peer benchmarking.
